About M&B Prestige Investments

My name is Mustaafa Waalee, and I’m the Managing Partner of M&B Prestige Investments. It’s no secret that for years, real estate has been a critical factor in building and maintaining wealth for savvy investors. Still, it takes time to scout properties, punch numbers, and ensure that the property is worth the initial investment.

My partner Briana and I work together to find our partners' best real estate properties and investment options. Our focus is acquiring B and C properties in an up-and-coming market with job and population growth. Once we find an area that piques our interest, we zero in on the undervalued properties with massive potential. My job is to build an ever-expanding portfolio of passive income that keeps money effortlessly flowing into the pockets of our investors.

When I’m not working on expanding M&B Prestige Investments, I'm a soldier in the Army Reserves. I currently reside in Chicago, IL, and spent over five years in the Information Technology field before venturing into the real estate market. I value respect, integrity, and professionalism and strive to implement these three core values into my work here at M&B Prestige Investments.

My name is Briana McGee, and I’m the other half of the Managing Partner team of M&B Prestige Investments. The real estate market has been an essential place for investors to place their money for years, but without the proper knowledge and accessibility, it can be hard to know where worthwhile investments are.

I work hand-in-hand with my partner Mustaafa to negotiate deals and scope out new opportunities to increase profitability for our investors. Our combined efforts focus on picking up B and C properties that are undervalued and overlooked. Our competitive nature allows us to get in there and acquire properties ahead of the curve and build a substantial portfolio that investors can rely on.

Currently, I’m working on finishing up my Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. An achievement that shows my dedication and tenacity in chasing what I’m passionate about. I intend to bring that same vigor and commitment to M&B Prestige Investments. I set out to help others become successful and value the same respect, integrity, and professionalism that M&B has been built on.
